Yes, Ingrid Newkirk is extreme, but c'mon. What Palin said about vegans is utterly ridiculous and insulting and deserves to be called out.
Ridiculous, sure, but insulting? It seems like PETA could be dedicating its energy toward loftier goals than giving Sarah Palin more press. After all, there are still plenty of women they haven't exploited in the name of animal rights.
